What to tell us
Whatever it is about, the mobile number on the account and what you expected to happen will get you a useful answer faster than anything else.
An account or a group
Trouble signing in, a member who cannot see a ledger, permissions that are not behaving. Write from the mobile number on the account where you can — it is how we tell who you are.
A payment or a plan
A plan that did not switch on, the wrong plan or period activated, or a payment taken in error. There is a seven-day correction window — the rule is on the Terms page.
Your data
A copy of what is stored about you, a correction, or a question about the Privacy policy. Requests are confirmed against the mobile number on the account.
Deleting an account
You can do it yourself from Settings. If you cannot sign in at all, write to us from the mobile number on the account — see Delete your account.
